Quick Start allows for the instant addition of fish to your new aquarium as it immdediately kick starts the natural aquarium cycle. It contains nitrfying bacteria helping to establish the biological filtration process which consumes ammonia and nitrate to help prevent "New Tank Syndrome". For best aquarium results, use Quick Start when starting up a new aquarium, adding new fish, conducting partial water changes, changing filter media, when medicating and when high levels of ammonia or nitrite are detected.
